Let's find out more about a natural gluten-free way of living.
How to find ingredients, prepare, cook, & serve.
As history has written, rice was first introduced to America by Europeans around the year 1500 when Portuguese and Spanish colonists arrived in the land, then known as the New World.
The end of the nineteenth century saw a massive resurgence in the production of this gluten-free staple, which is now primarily produced in Arkansas, California, Louisiana, and a few other states.

There was fertile land, once upon a time, where warm tropical seasons were ever-present. The monsoon, the season of rains, alternates half-yearly with the drier one. There was never icy rain, nor was this land frozen. The trees were always green, and the leaves never fell all at once. Plentiful harvests poured from every corner all year long.
Local legend proudly stated that if you threw anything onto the ground, even a bare stick of wood, it would sprout and grow into a massive tree. But that was not the case for wheat. Wheat can't grow there, and yet people live happily ever after in the land that produces so many other crops in abundance.
What does this have to do with Gluvey?
Daily, in recent years, I have met so many individuals seeking food that does not consist of or contains a minimal amount of gluten-containing ingredients.
Then one spring day, it hit me. I realized that I had spent my childhood on exactly that land, a place where gluten does not naturally exist. Food made out of wheat is only present because the country is always importing wheat grains. There everyone is living it every day without much thought about it. I did too, until now. And here is where Gluvey starts.
Gluvey is about commitment. A commitment to be at the service of someone like you or someone that you care about so much, who needs easy access to gluten-free-friendly food. The company is also committed to helping and empowering those who need to have the basics for finding and cooking gluten-free staples.
We took a baby step towards a work in progress, in a quest to find better ways to contribute, help, and serve.
As for me, cliche as it is, happiness is knowing that I am doing what I can for a better world, and I decided to start it from a single grain.
